At 24seven Rent A Car, we aim to make your rental experience as smooth and transparent as possible. Below, you’ll find important information about payment methods, security deposits, and fuel policies.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following forms of payment:
Major Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover
Debit Cards: Accepted with valid ID and proof of return travel (for airport rentals)
Cash Payments: Only accepted at selected locations. Contact us to confirm availability.
Digital Wallets: Apple Pay and Google Pay accepted in-store only
Note: The cardholder must be present at the time of rental and must match the name on the reservation.
Security Deposit
To ensure coverage and protect our fleet, a security deposit will be held at the time of rental.
Standard Vehicles: $250–$500
Luxury / Premium Vehicles: $500–$1000
Exotic Vehicles: Contact us for deposit details
The deposit will be released after the vehicle is returned in the same condition, subject to inspection.
Fuel Policy
We offer two fuel options:
Full-to-Full: Receive the car with a full tank and return it full to avoid additional charges.
Prepaid Fuel: Pay in advance and return the car with any fuel level.
Rental Extension & Payment
Need to extend your rental?
Visit your nearest 24seven location or call customer support.
Payment for the extension must be made before the original return time.
Late returns without prior notice may result in additional charges.
Declined Payment?
If your card is declined:
Check with your bank for available credit or authorization blocks.
Try an alternative payment method.
Rentals cannot proceed without a valid, authorized payment method.
