DO NOT BOOK HERE ITS NOT WORTH IT!
Booked through booking.com and there was nothing mentioned about the $500 that’s right FIVE HUNDRED dollar security deposit they asked me for after taking me through the weirdest experience ive ever dealt with when getting a rental car.
I booked under “advantage” and they didn’t provide any directions on how to get there. I googled it and luckily it was somewhat right but every number listed online doesn’t work so I was questioning if the place even existed.
Get to the place and it’s an old auto shop with cars piled up so much that the shuttle couldn’t even fit. We basically got out on the street.
Get inside and there’s no one at the front desk but all these booths with monitors in them. If it wasn’t for another group of pissed off customers I wouldn’t have known to go and talk to a virtual assistant through a monitor. They take me through all these extra steps and didn’t even accept the insurance I paid for through booking.com so I had to go through all this mess to get my own insurance to be verified. Finally thinking I’m gonna get my car only for them to tell me that there’s a $500 security deposit that was never previously mentioned. I WILL NEVER BOOK HERE AGAIN

I had a great experience renting from 24Seven Rent A Car. The customer service was fantastic and as long as you follow the instructions this will be the easiest pick up/drop off you can find. There was no waiting and because I uploaded all of my documents prior to the trip, it only took me about 5 minutes to sign the paperwork and be on my way. Will definitely use this service again!

I rented a car from here through price line and it ended up being a disaster. I would stay far far away from here. To begin with they pick you up in an SUV with several other people they had no room for our luggage and we had to put it in our laps. The other couple in the car with us had been waiting 2 hours for them to take them to the rental car place. When you get there it is extremely sketchy especially the neighborhood. You go into a portable and the whole process is done over the phone. They also do not give you the car you requested and they take forever getting you the car. When leaving the other couple and I were trying to take pictures of our cars for our own evidence and the workers became impatient and started rushing us out. The car worked fine throughout the trip but when it came time to drop the car off they were not there at 8 AM and every number I had they did not answer. After talking to costumer service they had me leave the car in front of the building, basically on the side walk because they had several other cars parked in front of the gate. I also had to leave the keys in the car. Overall this place is unprofessional and I would not recommend and to top it off they said it would take up to 20 days to receive my deposit and I’m sure as you can guess I have not gotten back the $500 safety deposit and had to file a claim.

It was a great rental I got in a same hour booking the Nissan kicks was brand new & was ready to take me all around Los Angeles. I was provided a free pick up from the shuttle stop out of the Lax airport a seamless effort upon arrival.

Its crazy that Im seeing so many bad one star reviews. I booked through expedia or some third party.. I was for sure a little concerned about the company before I arrived, but honestly got the best customer service experience that any one could ask for. SURPRISINGLY GOOD like especially for LA, like the best service of my entire trip.
The guy was so legit, his name is Brian. I had already paid for insurance through my initial booking, but he helped me navigate cancellation because we found that my personal insurance was fine to cover the booking (it wouldve been 12 each day with the initial insurance and about 30 for the additional required insurance). So, he helped me save $126 while remaining completely insured. Pick up took an anticipated amount of time and drop off was super easy.
He was so nice and cool and went way above and beyond for us. Like, even chatted my friend up about his band and looked it up while we were waiting for photos of the car to upload.
I would absolutely use this company again in the future and would for sure recommend to other people. Idk what these other people are going on about in these reviews. I think people let too many of their questions go unanswered when they should just advocate for themselves and ask for help...
